with regard to D.lgs. n. 196/2003 (Code for Protection of Personal Data) that substituted law n. 675/1996, the use of the information that pertains to you will be based on the principles of correctness, legality and transparency and of the safeguard of your discretion and rights. With regard to article 13 of D.lgs. n. 196/2003 (previously art. 10 law 675/1996) of the above-mentioned law, therefore, we provide you with the following information:
  1. The data that you provide will be used, within the limits of the privacy laws, for the purpose of periodically sending you H2Onews Italia srl's informative newsletter.
